My name is Shirley Baez.
I was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in New York City. After experiencing first hand the tragedy of 911, I enlisted in the U.S. Army. Enlisting in the U.S. Army was my path to escaping the challenges often faced by youth in urban environments. The military gave me the foundation to grow as a leader, starting with self-leadership. During my service, I learned the critical importance of leadership, saving, and investing as pillars for both personal growth and long-term wealth building. After retiring, my mission became empowering women to develop leadership skills while creating wealth and building lasting legacies.
Now, I help women like you take strategic steps to propel both your business and future further, faster. Through my speaking engagements and coaching programs, I work with corporate women and entrepreneurs to secure generational wealth, while advancing through the ranks of their careers and businesses—achieving in significantly less time what might otherwise take years.
My journey hasn’t been easy. I've encountered failures and roadblocks, but through resilience and determination—what I like to call "failing forward"—I gained the tools necessary for success.
